With a high level of supervision and feedback, we will help you determine which areas of the exam require more of your attention. Our qualified tutors will work with you to make sure you are confident and well prepared, getting the personal service, with attention to detail, you need in order to succeed. Unfortunately, sometimes many IMGs who do not seek external support are not able to pass the AMC exams. These candidates have sufficient knowledge and experience acquired from practising in their home countries but they are not able to translate this skillset into successful exam results. IMG Academy Australia’s more personalised way of tutoring can help turn your knowledge and experience into effective AMC exam skills. It provides the missing bits and pieces you needed during your previous unsuccessful attempts. You do not need to study a lot of material or read many books to pass the AMC clinical exam. All you need to do is get your confidence back. Remember, you are already a doctor. You have already overcome many more difficult challenges in the past. You can do this! You just need the right approach to demonstrate that you are a safe doctor, you can manage your cases, and know to consult with your Seniors when appropriate. One-on-one courses and coaching are provided via Skype, and face-to-face if you live in Brisbane. This is in order to help each candidate within their individual context to focus on their individual needs. Once you register your interest we will organise an introduction session to determine your availability, your expectations, and the level you are at in your preparation. You will design your own program along with your tutor. You can choose whether you want to cover all 5 subjects (physical examination, medicine and surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics and psychiatrics) or whether you would prefer to work only in some specific areas.
